Dear APA Parents,

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh

During the past year, many Iraqi refugee families have moved into Austin.  We would like your generous support by donating toy gifts.  Our Middle and High school students will wrap the gifts on Friday, September 11 and on the Eid day the gifts will be distributed to the Iraq refugee children.  All gifts can be dropped in the office or in the Islamic Study classroom before Sep 11.

Its our Islamic and moral obligation to teach our kids the concept of giving and at the same time our human duty to bring joy into the eyes of these kids that have been displaced from their home.  Please help us make Eid a memorable and joyous event for them.
